Service Provision

Pisrya provides brand monitoring and enforcement services on a best-effort basis. While our systems are comprehensive, the dynamic nature of the internet precludes guarantees of absolute detection of every possible variant immediately upon registration.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must maintain valid trademark registrations for the assets they wish to protect. Pisrya's legal authority to execute takedowns on a client's behalf relies heavily on the documented legal rights held by the client.
